User Fees

ADP does not charge you fees to receive text and voice messages. However, your mobile carrier might charge you message and data rates for your use of text and voice messaging. Contact your carrier to find out more.

Message Details and Examples

The messages you receive might vary based on the ADP services you use, your country, and whether you are an administrator. Below are some examples of the types of messages ADP sends, but this is not an exhaustive list. Message frequency varies.

Text Message Senders

ADP message types (security, service, recruiting, etc.) arrive from various telephone numbers/sender codes, which are available here: Text message senders. ADP uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about senders but does not guarantee that the information is accurate or up to date.

Voice Call Sender (U.S. only)

Voice calls arrive from +1 323-709-9800.

Opting In/Out

You can start or stop receiving text and voice messages from ADP at any time by changing your selection in the Preferences section of your ADP service. You can also stop messages from your mobile device by texting "STOP" to the sender of the category of message (security, service, recruiting, etc.) you no longer want to receive. To opt back in, update your setting in the Preferences section of your ADP service.

After you opt out, ADP will send you one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from (and will no longer receive text messages for) that category of message.

Premium Message Blocks

If you have a premium message block on your mobile device and want to receive messages from ADP, first contact your mobile carrier to remove the block. Then, opt in from the Preferences section of your ADP service.

Getting Help

To get information about the Service at any time, text "HELP" to the appropriate sender.

Text Messages in Languages Other than English

Letters with accent marks (such as é, ç, and ñ) might not be supported by certain mobile carriers and/or mobile devices. If not supported, they will be replaced by question marks, periods, or blanks, or in some cases, message delivery may fail.

Disclaimer of Warranty

ADP is not liable if any text or voice message associated with this Service gets delayed or fails to arrive. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider/network operator. Mobile carriers are also not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
